It keeps trying to sync every single song again on my playlists and not just new ones. so where can i find the files that contain information about my rated songs above all. I opened poweramp and the playlist was there but empty. I've looked at the debug logs and can see that at the start of sync it will look for a PLA playlist but there is none cos it's now a M3U playlist! I've logged a ticket with helpdesk but no response. I had a huge playlist on poweramp and after updating my galaxy a5 2016 to marshmallow, the path of my external sd card changed. You must have noticed a wave behind the Play/Pause. Poweramp now lets you seek songs via its wave visualization feature. On the second sync, mediamonkey copies ALL the files again, even if they already exist. Because seeking through the seek bar is too mainstream.

Its not the most recent playlist containing full 2000 + tracks with today’s date. I say this because when I tried to Recover Playlist from My Account it was a playlist from 2 containing 1205 tracks which I deliberately deleted when I was exploring functions straight after you informed me. resync copies files again even if they exist on device. Carina, Im sure I didnt delete the playlist. plays songs from folders and from system media library. PS: to all those out there having a nightmare synching yr playlists with MM (list of posts is endless), upgrade to MM4, PLA playlist have been addressed, replaced by m3u that most players recognise. + Create Playlists of your music folders, Artist, Genre, Year, Composer, Decade or recently added. + generate random playlists automatically (users can set the limits) + Create Playlists using your preferred playlist name which you set.
